Tripoley - TED Ponderings

Ante: every player puts one ante chip on each of the nine sections: Ace, King, Queen, Jack, Ten, King-Queen, 8-9-10, Pot and Kitty.
Deal: the whole deck is dealt one card at a time to the four players and an extra face-down dead hand . Some hands get one card more than others.
Dead hand: by default it stays dead. Setup can let the dealer, after looking at the hand dealt, swap it for the unseen dead hand, or sell the dead hand to the highest bidder (the buyer swaps for it).
