The Backstory: Your friend, Dr. Montgomery, is a psychotherapist who abruptly eloped to Las Vegas and is now honeymooning in Chamonix, France. He was unable to find a qualified substitute to cover his practice.

You are an unemployed high school basketball coach who took Psych 101 in junior college, and you have agreed to stand in for him to keep his practice afloat.

Difficulty Selection

Before seeing patients, you will select from three levels of diagnosis difficulty.

Scoring and Mechanics

You are graded on how accurately you render a diagnosis after a 15-minute session. You start each patient with 100 Points.

Consult Assistant (Sarah): Deducts 5 points. She will look up symptoms in the DSM-5.
Consult Clinical AI: Deducts 25 points. Provides superior diagnostic differentials.
Schedule Another Session: Deducts 15 points. Resolves the patient without a diagnosis (partial loss).
Incorrect Diagnosis / Forfeit: Lose all 100 points for the patient.
